Harvest
Local field teams hand-harvest where quality requires it; mechanized where scale demands it. Quality control at the field level before any crop leaves the property.

Process
On-site cleaning, sorting, and storage. Cold storage for perishables. Solar-powered processing facility built in 2024.

Distribute
Direct to UMMA Relief food distribution in Gaza, Sudan, and Yemen. Surplus sold at market with 100% of net revenue routed to Relief operations.
